The Selectboard will revisit the rule again within 30 days of the amendment and extension (by February 9, 2022), as required by the Act. The Selectboard will consider whether to rescind or extend the rule for an additional 30 days. If extended, the Selectboard will need to continue to revisit the rule every 30 days to make the same consideration. The temporary law that grants the town this rulemaking authority will sunset on April 30, 2022, at which point any local mask rules in place will automatically expire.
