Final Plan Review- SUB 19-03 by Martin & Kelly von Trapp, on Common Rd. for a 2-lot subdivision approval of a 132.1 +/- acre lot. The two lots proposed are a 3.3 acre lot which will be developed for a single family home and accessed from Palmer Hill Rd. The other lot, 128.8 acres which contains a farm. The property is identified as #04006.000 in the Agricultural-Residential Zoning District.
