Application #SUB 19-03 Final Plan Review by by Stephanie Miller Taylor, on North Ridge Rd. for a 2-lot subdivision approval of a 8.97 +/- acre lot. The two lots proposed are a 4.05 acre lot containing an existing single family home and the other lot, 4.93 acres which contains a horse barn/ indoor riding arena. The property is identified as #99046.100 in the Agricultural-Residential Zoning District and as #03063.700.

Application #3899 -CU by Jenneth Fleckenstein & Steve Parker, on behalf of Collaborative Brewing, at 172 Mad River Green. The applicant proposes to add the following uses, retail, bar/tavern, and light industrial to have a taproom, 1o gallon brew system, and retail sales of beer and merchandise. The property is identified as #99152.000 in the Irasville Village Zoning District.
