Application #SUB 19-02 Final Plan Review by Laurie Spaulding at 2758 Main St. The applicant requests approval to subdivide a new 9.5 acre parcel out of an existing 42.8 acre parcel. Access is proposed to be off Center Fayston Rd. A prior subdivision approval (#05-03) required a Master Plan if any of the parent parcel were subdivided further. The property is identified as #99031.000 in the Agricultural-Residential Zoning District.
Application # 3894-CU by Mac Rood, on behalf of Yestermorrow Design/Build School, at 7869 Main Street. The applicant proposes to construct a semester program dorm in the building envelope 5A from #SUB 12-02. A condition of the decision requires prior conditional use approval for the design of structures within the envelope. The applicant also proposes to swap the use of buildings 5 A and 6A. 5A will be the semester program dorm and 6A will become intern housing. The property is identified as #99222.000 in the Agricultural-Residential and Adaptive Redevelopment Overlay Zoning Districts.
