The applicant proposes to construct a wood storage sheds in the approved building envelope from #SUB 12-02. A condition of the decision requires prior conditional use approval for the design of structures within the envelope. The property is identified as #99222.000 in the Agricultural-Residential and Adaptive Redevelopment Overlay Zoning Districts.

Application #3877-CU by Watermark Holdings, LLC, at 264 Mad River Park. The applicant proposes to add a retail use for beer tastings and direct to consumer sales of beer and apparel to the warehouse building. The property is currently mixed use with the warehouse, brewery, office, and apartment space. No exterior alterations are proposed. The property is identified as #06001.101 in the Industrial Zoning District.
