PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

Application #3796-CU-C – by Sean Lawson, dba Lawson’s Finest Liquids LLC at 155 & 157 Carroll Road. The Waitsfield Development Review Board has reopened the public hearing for Application 3796-CU-C to examine the proposed path location from the overflow parking lot to Route 100. The original hearing occurred on October 9, 2018 at the Waitsfield Town Office. The Development Review Board issued their decision October 29th, 2018 and voted to reopen the hearing. The applicant proposes to amend the site plan approved in #3796-CU and #SUB 17-11 PUD-R in order to alter design of the Mad River Path to Route 100. The property involved in the proposal is identified as Lot 6 (parking, #23001.001) in the Irasville Village Zoning District.
